This is required if you are providing daily care for three or more children belonging to others in a place that is not the children’s home.

The application for this license is made to the Child Care Board and you are required to provide the following allowing with the application form.

1. Approval from the Town and Country Planning.
2. A certificate of Inspection from the Fire Department.
3. A certificate of inspection from the Ministry of Health.
4. A current Medical Report/Certificate for all staff.
5. A current food handlers certificate.
6. A Police Certificate of Character for all staff.
7. A proposed programme of activities.
8. Business Registration Certificate from Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office.
