This is required for any premises that will be used for entertainment purposes.
This license is obtained from the Barbados Revenue Authority and you will be required to provide the following:
- A certificate from the Chief Town Planner indicating that planner permission has been obtained to host the intended activities.
- A certificate from the Commissioner of Police that the applicant is fit and proper person to keep a place of public entertainment
- A certificate from the Chief Fire Officer that the premises are provided with sufficient fire exits in relation to the number of person who are to be accommodated.
